Noble’s Point · Daniel Island Park, South Carolina
301 Apprentice Street
A 3,550-square-foot custom home on a corner lot in Noble’s Point, Daniel Island Park — four bedrooms, four baths, completed in 2021 to a Crosby Creations plan.
301 Apprentice Street sits on a corner lot in Noble’s Point, one of the most tightly held enclaves in Daniel Island Park. The homesite faces the private neighborhood park directly, with marsh beyond it and views toward the 18th green at Ralston Creek. Iconic Developments built the home to a Crosby Creations plan, pairing traditional Lowcountry proportion with a high-performance building envelope.
The Residence
Site & Setting
The corner lot is the asset that cannot be replicated. Rather than looking at another elevation across the street, the home fronts permanent open space — the private Noble’s Point park — with marsh behind it and a view line toward the 18th green at Ralston Creek. Park frontage, water view, and golf vista on one Daniel Island Park lot is a rare combination, and it is the reason this site commanded a premium.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Noble’s Point on Daniel Island?
Noble’s Point is a small enclave inside Daniel Island Park, the private club side of the island rather than the town center. It has its own community dock and its own neighborhood park, which is unusual for a pocket neighborhood of its size and is a large part of why lots there are tightly held.
Does fronting a neighborhood park actually affect value?
More than most buyers expect. Park frontage is permanent open space — nobody builds a two-story elevation across from your porch later. You are buying light, privacy, and a view that does not depend on who purchases the lot opposite. That premium tends to be recovered at resale rather than absorbed.
Why spray foam at both the subfloor and the attic?
Because in the Lowcountry the two biggest sources of humidity and energy loss are below the floor and above the ceiling. Sealing both ends conditions the envelope rather than fighting it, which shows up as lower operating cost, more stable indoor humidity, and less long-term moisture risk in the framing. It costs more at build and it is one of the first things we recommend keeping when a budget gets tight.
What does “pre-wired elevator” mean, and is it worth it?
It means the shaft space, framing, and electrical are built in during construction so an elevator can be installed later without opening up finished floors. It is inexpensive to do during the build and expensive to retrofit afterward. On a three-level Daniel Island home it is one of the highest-return decisions available at framing.
Can Iconic Developments build for me in Daniel Island Park?
Yes. We handle plan and budget development, design review board submittals, and construction through certificate of occupancy. If you already own a lot, we start with a feasibility review — setbacks, tree protection, drainage, and review requirements — before anyone draws a plan, because those constraints shape the footprint more than preference does.
