Wild Dunes, SC Neighborhoods

Wild Dunes is the gated, 1,600-acre oceanfront resort community occupying the northern tip of Isle of Palms - two Tom Fazio-designed golf courses (the oceanfront Links Course and the Intracoastal-side Harbor Course), a 17-court Har-Tru tennis and pickleball center, a full-service yacht harbor and marina, and a mix of oceanfront condominiums, villas, and single-family homes behind a 24-hour staffed gate. It's treated here as its own dedicated section, separate from the rest of Isle of Palms, since gated resort living comes with a different set of rules, fees, and amenities than a standard non-gated island neighborhood. Below is a directory of Wild Dunes' individual communities.

Wild Dunes Communities

Individual condominium, villa, and single-family communities within the gated Wild Dunes resort. Most participate in some form of vacation rental program, making Wild Dunes a popular choice for both full-time coastal living and income-producing second homes.

Looking for Isle of Palms outside the Wild Dunes gates? Non-gated Isle of Palms neighborhoods like Forest Trail and Sea Cabins - with no resort membership requirement or mandatory club dues - are covered on their own dedicated page.
